On October 30, the "11th SSCIA Smart City Summit and the 4th Biometric Technology Innovation and Application Forum" was hosted by China Biometric Technology Innovation Industry Alliance, Shenzhen Security Industry Association, and Shenzhen Smart City Industry Association. Successfully held in Shenzhen. Professor Zhiming Cai, Coordinator of the Academic Affairs Office and Data Science Research Institute of City University of Macau, was invited to attend and gave a speech on the theme of "2/3D Integration and Analysis Application of Data in Macau and Surrounding Areas". Also present were Masters from our school Programme Coordinator Associate Professor Qinglang Su. 

Also participating in the forum were Jincai Yang, honorary academician of the French Academy of European Sciences and president of the Shenzhen Security Industry Association; Hongchuan Hou, secretary-general of the Human Biometric Recognition Application Technology Committee of the National Security Standards Committee; Junsheng Tao, chief expert of the Police Equipment Expert Database of the Ministry of Public Security; Chairman of Shenzhen Smart City Industry Association and a heavyweight entrepreneur in the field of smart city security.
