City University of Macau and BroadWare Information System Co., Ltd. have cooperated to build a cyber security test base, and the two sides will carry out academic research based on experimental platforms such as "Cyberspace Range Test Base" and "Cyber Security Operation Center Practice Base", and cooperate in cyber security research projects, academic exchanges, talent training and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. We hope to give full play to the advantages of the technology platforms of both parties and jointly deliver high-level network security technical talents to all parties and industries.
The signing and unveiling ceremony of the "Pengcheng Bowei Macau Sub-shooting Range – City University of Macau Cyber Security Test Base" was held at City University of Macau Taipa Campus recently, and the inauguration ceremony of the Macau Cyberspace Security Industry Association, the signing ceremony of the Fang Binxing Class of the Cyberspace Advanced Technology Research Institute jointly organized by Guangzhou University and City University of Macau, and the award ceremony of the first "Pengcheng-Macau Joint Cyber Security Competition" were held to encourage and discover local talents.

Academician Binxing Fang said that he hopes to promote the development of the cyberspace security industry through the connection of resources from industry, academia and research, actively cultivate cyber security talents, and provide technical support for the cyberspace governance of the country and the Macau SAR.
Vice President Wanlei Zhou and Dean of the Faculty of Data Science introduced the overview of the "Pengcheng BroadWare Macau Sub-shooting Range - Cyber Security Testing Base of City University of Macau", and said that BroadWare Information System Co., Ltd. and City University of Macau have a good foundation for cooperation in scholarships, joint talent training, practical training and learning. Vice President Zhou said that City University of Macau has continuously improved its disciplines in accordance with socio-economic development and market demand, and that the fields of big data and data science are important directions for the future development of City University of Macau's disciplines, and provide the foundation and support for the development of interdisciplinary disciplines.
