On November 3, 2022, our faculty specially invited Mr. Yahui Ding, an expert in digital transformation, as the speaker to deliver a lecture on the trends and practical paths of enterprise digital transformation. The academic lecture attracted more than 100 teachers and students to participate simultaneously online and offline. 

 

In the lecture, Mr. Ding discussed the necessity of digital transformation for modern enterprises and shared the planning framework and examples (retail enterprises) of enterprise digital transformation. It also analyzes Huawei's digital transformation practice with actual cases, thereby deriving the main working methods of digital change management (BPIT). Finally, the main working methods and knowledge areas of enterprise architecture (EA) planning and control are discussed. During the academic exchange process, Mr. Ding combined his 20 years of experience in industry IT development, implementation, and consulting to share his rich experience in industry application architecture and data management and model consulting and design with our graduate students. He has also conducted in-depth research on Cloud Computing, Big Data, SOA, J2EE, and high-performance computing, and discussed academic research on architecture design with teachers and students of our faculty. 

 

This lecture was vivid and profound, inspiring students to think about digital transformation and laying a solid foundation for students' subsequent academic research on digital architecture design. Our faculty will continue to actively carry out diversified professional academic lectures to enhance the academic ability of graduate students.
