Academician Guan Xiaohong is an internationally renowned authoritative scholar in systems engineering. He was elected Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017 and elevated to IEEE Fellow in 2018, enjoying profound academic attainments and extensive international influence in the industry. He currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Electronic and Information Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and Chief Scientist of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Networks and Network Security (Ministry of Education). He also holds multiple important academic appointments, including Chair Professor in the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, Chief Scientist of Huanghuai Laboratory in Henan Province, Honorary Director of the Development Strategy Advisory Committee of Wuhan Business University, as well as Chief Scientist and Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Laboratory for Operation Optimization of Digital Intelligent New Power Systems.
