On November 8, the "2023 Zhuhai-Macau College Student Entrepreneurship Star Seedling Program Series Macao Special Event" officially opened. Guosong Li, President of the Zhuhai Employment and Entrepreneurship Association and Executive Chairman of the Zhuhai Entrepreneurship Mentors Alliance, Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology, Guangdong Wen Qin, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Provincial Science and Technology Cadre College, Siyin Zhu, Coordinator of the Guangdong and Macau base of Guangke, Zhanchuan Cai, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology of Macau University of Science and Technology, and Zuobin Ying, Programme Coordinator of the Faculty of Data Science of City University of Macau, attended the event. An exciting entrepreneurial guidance course was brought to the students of the Faculty of Data Science. 

After the event started, firstly, Chairman Guosong Li, President of the Zhuhai Employment and Entrepreneurship Association, Professor Zuobin Ying, Programme Coordinator of the Faculty of Data Science of City University of Macau, and Professor Zhanchuan Cai, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology of Macau University of Science and Technology, presented the Guangdong-Macau Youth Innovation Award to Appointment letter for entrepreneurship mentor in entrepreneurship incubation base. Subsequently, Professor Zuobin Ying, Programme Coordinator of the Faculty of Data Science of City University of Macau, presented a souvenir of City University of Macau to President Guosong Li, President of the Zhuhai Employment and Entrepreneurship Association. 

Afterwards, Professor Zhanchuan Cai gave a lecture: a brief discussion of new opportunities for Zhuhai and Macau college students and entrepreneurship in the new era-new opportunities for entrepreneurship brought by emerging technologies and industrial development. Professor Cai explained to the students the development prospects of emerging technology industries in the new era, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by Zhuhai and Macao students in the new era, which broadened the students' entrepreneurial horizons. 

Wen Qin, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology and Guangdong Science and Technology Cadre College, gave a lecture to the students. The theme was: Focusing on Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao·Exploring new development opportunities in Zhuhai - "Outline of the Development Plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area" Interpretation. Dean Qin carefully and vividly explained the "Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area" to the students, allowing the students to have a deeper understanding of the current geographical advantages, economic situation, and relevant policy support of the Greater Bay Area. 

Siyin Zhu, Coordinator of Guangke Guangdong and Macau Base, gave a lecture to the students: the business rules of entrepreneurship—the basic logic of product commercialization. From a professional perspective, Director Zhu explained to the students the core business logic of entrepreneurship and the core competencies necessary for entrepreneurs. 

Finally, several mentors provided one-on-one entrepreneurial guidance. The students communicated their entrepreneurial ideas with the mentors one by one. The mentors gave a lot of constructive opinions and suggestions from a professional perspective. The students who attended the meeting said that they were deeply inspired by this activity and laid a solid foundation for their future entrepreneurship.
