"Huawei's 8th Global ICT Competition - Macau 2023-2024" is co-organized by Huawei Macau Branch, Macau Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology, and Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center, and will be held from October to December 2023. The competition is divided into three stages: national competition, regional competition and global competition. The Macau regional competition includes two tracks, the network track and the cloud track, involving written examinations and experimental parts. 

In order to let everyone better understand and participate in this competition, Huawei and the Faculty of Data Science of City University of Macau held a special roadshow event in the student garden on October 26. Xuefeng Zhang, Director of Asia Pacific Digital Communications, Min Xu, Brand Manager of Huawei Macau Branch, and Wen Baoru of Human Resources Department, as well as Wenjian Liu, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Data Science, City University of Macau, and Programme Coordinators Chia-Wei Chu and Weng Tak Kuok attended the roadshow. Xuefeng Zhang introduced the company and industry development to the students, and Min Xu introduced the details of the competition. Students present actively asked questions and signed up the event .
